TrueValue is the AI-powered operating system for M&A: one workspace that carries a deal from the first CIM to the signed agreement, and an Agent that does the groundwork between each step. It is built in the UK, inside a working business-transfer practice, to replace the spreadsheets that practice was actually using.
What TrueValue is
TrueValue is M&A software for the people who run deals: private equity teams, search funds, independent sponsors, corporate development teams and the advisers who sell businesses to them. It covers the deal pipeline, CIM analysis, valuation, due diligence, data rooms, documents and e-signature on one record, and the TrueValue Agent works across all of it — screening, analysing, pricing, chasing and monitoring, and bringing a person the decision with the evidence attached.
The product runs in a buyer mode and an adviser mode on the same infrastructure, and is sold as one plan: £399 a month, unlimited users, unlimited deals, everything included, with a fourteen-day trial and no card. See M&A software for the whole platform and pricing for the plan.
Where it comes from
TrueValue is built by VAMOS Business Transfer, a UK firm that values and sells businesses. The platform began as the internal tooling for that practice — the valuation models, the pipeline, the data rooms and the document templates a working adviser needs — and became a product when it was clear the same problems were being solved badly by spreadsheets in every firm the practice dealt with.
That origin shapes what the product is careful about. Every figure comes from a document that was read or an engine that computed it; the AI writes narrative and cannot change a number; a figure the record does not state stays blank and is named. Those are the rules a valuation has to keep to be put in front of a client, and they were built in before there was an AI to hold to them.

Show rather than claim

Say what is not held
Our security page says "pursuing" where a certification is not yet held. Our product says "not stated" where a document is silent. Our marketing follows the same rule.
Deal data handled as deal data
Encryption at rest and in transit, tenant isolation enforced in the database, roles, and an audit log written by database triggers. The security page has the detail and the DPA has the terms.
