Calculators and checklists for the work between a first look and a decision. None of them needs an account. The valuation is the same five-method engine TrueValue customers use; the calculators are the textbook arithmetic with the formula shown; the checklists are the request lists the product ships with, as a reference.

What these tools are, and are not

The calculators here are arithmetic, not valuation. An EV/EBITDA multiple describes a price; it does not tell you whether the price is right, and a sector band is a starting point rather than evidence. The full valuation on Value My Deal runs five methods with a stated range and is the tool to use when the number matters. Inside TrueValue the same engine is seeded from the target's own accounts, stress-tested on the drivers that move price, and carried into the returns model and the IC memo — see M&A valuation software.

Nothing you type into a calculator on this site is stored. The valuation and target-list tools ask for an email address because they send you the result; what you enter is held under the privacy policy.
